CTO and Marketing Lead – Surveillance and Security at EMC.com. Ken has been part of 2 start-ups within a large company — these experiences taught Ken to quickly find what will drive growth and leverage that knowledge to enable a diverse cross functional team of people to help achieve his goals. In each role, he not only had to sell to customers, but had to sell internally (a monumental task). He has built non-existent routes to market, channel partners, and had to teach fellow sales team members how to sell in new markets. All in the name of gaining net new customers and expanding our wallet share within our existing accounts.
Ken’s current goal is to lead a company as it takes on a new industry and/or a product. Ken says, “Change is inevitable, how we adapt to and conquer the change is what makes us great”.
